We compare the market for you, explain the fine print in plain English, and stay with you through renewal. One broker, no runaround.
What’s usually in play for you?
Pick your type of business.
Think in layers, not line items.
Most commercial programs stack three kinds of protection. We help you decide what belongs in each.
The foundation
General liability, commercial property, business owner’s policy, workers’ compensation and commercial auto. What leases, lenders and the law usually ask for first.
The extra height
Umbrella and excess liability sit on top of your foundation policies and raise the limits when a contract or a large claim calls for more.
The specialists
Named-storm and wind, directors & officers, liquor liability, cyber, professional liability and abuse & molestation. The coverages that depend on exactly what you do.
You tell us about the business
A short form covering what you do, where you operate, your payroll and revenue, and what a contract or lender requires.
We take it to market
We approach carriers that fit your type of risk. Admitted first, surplus lines when the risk calls for it, and we tell you which is which.
You see a real comparison
Limits, deductibles, exclusions and conditions lined up side by side, with a plain-language recommendation from a licensed agent.
You decide, we bind
You approve, sign and pay. We issue your certificates and keep an eye on renewal so it never sneaks up on you.
One carrier’s answer, or the whole market’s.

Straight answers.
What does commercial insurance cost in Florida?
It depends on your class of business, location, building construction, payroll, claims history and limits. We gather the details first and then quote, because a number before that is a guess.
Does Florida require my business to carry insurance?
Workers’ compensation is required once you pass the employee threshold for your industry, and business vehicles need auto coverage. General liability is not required by statute, but most leases, loans and subcontracts demand it.
Admitted versus surplus lines?
Admitted carriers are state-regulated and backed by the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association. Surplus lines carriers have no guaranty-fund backstop but can write risks admitted carriers decline. Either can be right, and you should know which one you are buying.
How do you get paid?
We will tell you exactly how we are compensated before you commit. It normally comes from carrier commission built into the premium.
